Please note that this meeting has reached its capacity of attendees and registration has been closed.

On behalf of the Programme Organizing Committee and the Local Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to Munich, Germany, for the 2nd Meeting of the European Task Group for Endocrine Cancers, which is planned as a satellite of the European Congress of Endocrinology on May 28 2016 (Saturday). We are grateful to the DACH Meeting Organizers who kindly agreed to organize ETEC Meeting as a parallel event.

We would like to encourage you all to support and participate in the 2nd ETEC Meeting and become part of the society's ultimate aim of continuing the promotion for the public benefit research, education and clinical practice in endocrine cancers management.

The idea of the European Task Group for Endocrine Cancers (ETEC), was initiated in 2014 as a platform of close cooperation between endocrinologists and oncologists dealing with cancer of endocrine glands. Its idea was raised during the Endocrine Cancer Workshop “Endocrinology Meets Cancer” which took place on May 2-3, 2014 in Gliwice, Poland. This educational event was held as a satellite meeting to the 16th European Congress of Endocrinology. The Workshop was organized under the auspices of the Clinical Committee of the European Society of Endocrinology, in close cooperation with the European Thyroid Cancer Research Network (ETA-CRN), the European Network for the Study of Adrenal Tumors (ENSAT) and the European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (ENETS). The Workshop is focused on thyroid cancer, adrenal cancer and neuroendocrine tumors.

It was agreed to organize ETEC Meetings every two years at the European Congresses of Endocrinology. The Meeting will be devoted to Endocrine cancers and endocrine oncology.

The Meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Munich – City Centre, Hochstrasse 3, D-81669 Munich, from 09:00 – 16:00 on Saturday, May 28 2016.

We would like to invite all endocrinologists and oncologists dealing with endocrine cancer to join us in Munich as well as become ETEC Task Group members. You are very welcome to propose subjects for discussion which you can send to
